 If teacups could talk, they’d be perfect

historians. Witness of hurried breakfasts,

of leisurely sip and read. Of Holiday cup 

    most likely dashed with cider. Via

       jug busy bubbling on counter–

          calling over, to whisper:

            “this is how the fairies 

                drink champagne”...
