souls's gleaning,
nigh, here, this.
Sun aglow,
soul's greening,
nigh, here, this.
Stars about,
soul's singing,
nigh, here, this.
Amen.
*Nigh, here, this: Original phrase is "now, here, this", the daily mantra of Jesuit Father Greg Boyle to bring one square into the present. But as I was introduced to this mantra through a retreat from Knock Shrine, now was said as nigh...and that "stuck".
