Depths
Echoes,
a forgotten life
clings to the black hollow
within the fallen tree
ravished by wildfires.
Ignored
despair yields to
(nothing else to do but)
hope,
persist
through an empty
tunneled universe.
Somewhere
there could be sun.
Maybe I am
